Solution. You don't need expensive four color printing if you can grab attention with a believe-it-or-not message. It certainly worked for Sterling.
Sterling specializes in tax preparation for individuals and small businesses and prides itself on it's grasp of the subtleties of the tax code.
Each mailer featured an "insider" tip that would benefit the tax payer and make the check to the IRS less painful...or in this case, generate some ready cash.
